Miri boleh and certainly five thousand people boleh as they joined this fantastic aerobics team for a 30-minute exercise on May 1 morning as part of the festivity marking Miri as the first city in Malaysia to encourage people to totally go green everyday (no plastic bags while shopping).

Health screening @ Taman Tunku
Last Sunday my wife and my church small group member were among the many volunteers at Dewan Taman Tunku when more than 400 people from all walks of life benefited from the free health screening similar to last year’s project undertaken by Grace Methodist Church.

My lovely niece Abby graduated with a double major (Accounts and Finance) from Curtin Perth last year. Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Logistics, Abby took time off and flew back to join her family in Sibu for the CNY. Far or near, this is a distinguished Chinese culture whereby family members will try their best effort to gather for the utmost important CNY’s eve dinner.
